Learn the age old Circus secrets of Aerial Rope (Corde Lisse).  You will learn and perfect the basic skills of aerial rope in order to build up beginning acrobatic moves. Defy gravity and become an Aerialist.  Each class includes some conditioning and we will work at each student’s level. These classes are fun and challenging!! Beginning students may be instructed in basic moves on the Static Trapeze and/or Hammock as well as Rope.  A certain level of fitness is required for these classes. Note: Paige Wyatt is not responsible for persons who decide to run off and join the Circus!!!

Clothing:

It’s important to wear the right clothing for aerial. Backs of knees, calves and low back must be covered. Double layers on lower half of body is really important!I usually suggest wearing two pairs of tights with shorts or something over the top or a pair of tights under a pair of yoga pants/yoga shorts/sweatpants and a leotard or long t-shirt that you can tuck in to your tights. Men, a dance belt or jock strap is also recommended.
